Child Health Surveillance – what it includes
6 – 8 week developmental review
Appointments for consultations will be sent from the practice. These are undertaken by the GP.
Childhood immunisations
A letter regarding your child’s immunisations will be sent to you direct from the child health team. It is important that you call the practice to arrange an appointment for these vaccinations as soon as you receive the letter as these vaccinations need to be given at specific times in your child’s development (8, 12, and 16 weeks)
Well Child/Baby Clinic
The well baby clinic runs on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, 9.30am until 11.00am, no appointment is needed just turn up. The health Visitors from Nantwich run this clinic.
